We offer exterior window cleaning on 4, 6, 8 or 12 weekly schedules, so you can keep glazing looking sharp without paying for visits you don’t need. Shops on busy high streets often want more frequent attention, since road spray and pedestrian traffic mark glass quickly, and some take weekly internal and external cleans. Interior glazing is arranged entirely around what suits you, whether that’s alongside every exterior visit or less often. We’ll recommend a frequency based on your building and how it’s used rather than a standard package.

What is pure water window cleaning, and is it better?

Pure water window cleaning uses filtered, deionised water fed through an extendable pole, allowing our operatives to clean upper floor glazing from ground level. Because all minerals have been stripped out, the water dries without leaving spots or streaks and needs no detergent. It also means no ladders resting against your building and no access equipment obstructing a car park, which reduces risk on site and disruption to your staff and customers.

Do you clean windows on multi storey commercial buildings?

Yes. Water fed pole systems reach most commercial buildings up to around four storeys from ground level, which covers the majority of premises across Chelmsford, Essex and London. Taller buildings or those with restricted ground access are assessed individually and quoted with the appropriate access method. All our operatives are trained for working at height and we carry full public liability insurance, with certificates available on request.
